What happens during the logo and branding consultation?
Our experts will interview you (usually 1 hour or less) to learn about you and/or your business your services/products, target markets and brand spirit. If you already have some ideas, our initial consultation will help our designers focus on your needs before they begin. They will also help you to begin filling out some portions of our questionnaire, which you will have to put additional time and thought into. Ultimately, our experts want to help you craft an concise and effective brand message that will come handy when creating your logo, web design and other brand communication mediums.
How many designers will work on my logo?
Bronze and Silver packages are handled by one senior-level designer. Gold and Platinum packages are handled by two senior-level designers.
Who are the designers that will work on my logo?
Our designers are women and men who work and reside in Silicon Valley. Thus, you will only collaborate with people who know and understand the business and cultural nuances of the market you do business in. We will never outsource your design projects out of the US or even Silicon Valley.
What if I am not happy with any of the designs I get?
All our packages come with a 100% money-back guarantee! If you are not satisfied by any of the designs we create for you, then simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll issue you a complete refund.
How many logo concepts will I get to choose from?
Bronze and Silver packages come with three logo concepts; Gold and Platinum packages come with four logo concepts.
What are Icons?
Icons are graphical drawings (usually separate from typography) that are added to logos. Think Target’s target symbol or Apple Computer’s apple symbol). All packages, except the Bronze package come with an icon if requested.
Will my logo be tailored to suit my business?
Our designers will take time to understand what your business is about so they can create designs concepts that best suit your needs.
How many revisions will I get?
Our designers will use their artistic knowledge and experience to help you, but they will best thrive with your guidance. The more feedback you provide, the better the quality of your finished product will be. With Bronze packages, you get one round of revisions; Silver packages, you get two rounds of revisions; Gold packages you get three rounds of revisions; and, Platinum packages, you get three rounds of revisions.
What digital format will I receive my logo in?
Our designers will submit your finished logo to you in .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .png, or in any other format you request.
How soon will my logo be finished?
We promise to work diligently to finish your project. There is normally a 14-60 day turnaround time for our packages. It all depends on how elaborate your project is and how quickly you can collaborate with us, so we have the information we need to finish. We also promise to never rush you!
